Items reported:
• Emblem of TMGSSAA
• The first draft by Mango was found to be unsatisfactory.
• Suggestions: To use the color of school badge
To use a symbol/figure instead of English letters
• Due to time constraint, Peter will try to design the emblem by himself
• Due date: 25 February 2006
• Mentorship Program
• Proposed committee structure: 3 reps from TMGSSAA + 3 volunteers + 1 rep from TMGSS

• The proposal will be submitted to TMGSS on 18 February 2006 . If it is approved by early March, the promotion of the program will start in Mid-March.
• For details of the program, please refer to the minutes of the Mentorship Program.

• Participation status
• The participation rate was low. It was decided that all Exco. should call up the alumni from 1984 to 1994, which were around 326 in total. The phone list will be sent by Ken Lee.
• The following information shall be delivered to the alumni during the phone calls:
• Introduction of TMGSSAA
• Website address and forum
• Date, Time and Venue of the CNY gathering
• Invitation of other friends
• Alumni should confirm their seats by 9 February 2006 (Thursday).

*Note a: Every teacher was asked to submit a photo in their childhoods. We have to match the teachers with their pictures.

May Chan will contact the restaurant to see if a projector will be provided. If not, Ken Lee will be able to provide one.
• Red cloth at the reception for signing
May Chan will contact the restaurant to check if a red cloth will be provided. If not, Peter Chan will be responsible to buy one.
• Boxes for voting, donation and bingo drawing
May Chan will contact the restaurant to check if there is any box provided. If there is none, Peter Chan and Christine Yim will be responsible to bring at least 2 boxes.
• Laptop
May Chan and Tony Ku will bring their own laptops respectively.
• Others
• Ken Lee will contribute 40-50 travel pillows as the prizes for Game 1.
• There will be 3 prizes for Game 2, in which the Grand Prize is HKD380 cash while the remaining 2 are gifts valued around HKD100.
• Peter Chan is responsible for the bingo game cards, name tags for exco and the 2 HKD100 gifts.

*Form A and C shall be returned to us at the reception while Form D should be put into the voting box

• Assistant Executive Committee
• Tony Ku will ask Ng Sir to invite 3 students, currently studying in TMGSS to be Assistant Executive Committee (AEC).
• They are responsible for the promotion of TMGSSAA in school and will join our regular meeting.
• Since the AEC will not be officially voted to become TMGSSAA Executive Committee members, they do not have corresponding rights and are not entitled to vote in any of our meeting.
• Nomination of a new Executive Committee member
• Ken Lee nominated YM Poon to become a member of TMGSSAA Executive Committee.
• The voting will be carried out on Chinese New Year Gathering.
• Internal email of Executive Committee
• Ken Lee suggested setting up a new email list for current Exco to avoid any unnecessary outflow of sensitive information.
• Peter Chan will be responsible for this.
